Section 3

Duties and rights of members

The following enumeration shall not be construed as a limitation on the duties and rights of members under the Credit Union Laws, these bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation of this Credit Union or any other Law or Regulation applicable or hereafter made applicable to this Credit Union.

1. Attend all meetings and exercise their personal right to vote.
2. To elect the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee.
3. To request that an Extraordinary Assembly be called as provided in these Bylaws.
4. To elect at the annual meeting of members the delegates who will represent them at the assembly of delegates.
5. Be willing to accept any position on governing bodies or Committees or commissions in connection with the Credit Union. Provided that there are no circumstances that prevent it.
6. To use the services of the Credit Union in preference to other credit institutions.
7. Deposit your savings in the Credit Union.
8. To subscribe and pay for at least the minimum number of shares required by these Regulations.
9. Keep up to date in the fulfillment of all its economic commitments with the Credit Union.
10. Participate in the surpluses that are distributed.
